Surya Roshni Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 2 for FY20

The board of directors of Surya Roshni Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2019-20, subject to approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid on or before 30 days from the date of AGM.
