Goldiam International Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Goldiam International Ltd at its meeting held on June 25, 2020, have decided to recommend final dividend at the rate of Rs. 1.50 (i.e. 15%) per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each on 22174923 equity shares of the Company, subject to approval of the members in the 33rd AGM of the Company to be convened on September 25, 2020. Dividend will be paid / dispatched to the shareholders on or after October 08, 2020.
