Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 7.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 24, 2020, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 7.50/- (Rupees Seven and paise fifty only) per Equity Share on 1710038460 Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2020.

The said dividend if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid within 30 days from the date of such declaration.
