Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 5 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd at its meeting held on June 24, 2020, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five Only) per Equity Share (i.e. 50%) having Face Value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each for the Financial Year 2019-2020. The Final Dividend will be paid after approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.169.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 170.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13917 in over 658 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 180 and intraday low of 168. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2384411.
