GTL to consider UK acquisition alongwith Q1 results on Oct 17, 2006

GTL Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 17, 2006, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

1. The acquisition of UK based Company engaged in the space of Network Management and Professional Services; and

2. The Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2006 (Q1).
