Rajapalayam Mills Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Rajapalayam Mills Ltd at its meeting held on June 24, 2020, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2020. The dividend on declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid from the date of Annual General Meeting.
