Somany Home Innovation Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.15

The Board of Directors of Somany Home Innovation Limited in its meeting held on 23rd June, 2020 has, approved and recommended payment of Dividend @ 7.50% i.e. Rupee 0.15 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2020 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the 3rd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 3rd September, 2020 and will be credited / dispatched on or before 14th September, 2020 to the shareholders entitled for the same.
