Fairchem Speciality Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Fairchem Speciality Ltd at its meeting held on June 23, 2020, has approved the recommendation of Dividend @15% i.e., Rs. 1.50 per equity share (on par value of Rs. 10/-), subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing AGM.

Shares of Fairchem Speciality Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.580 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 572.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13138 in over 689 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 588 and intraday low of 568.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7624962.
