Titagarh Wagons IPO subscribed 6.75 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Titagarh Wagons Limited which opened for subscription on March 24, 2008 has received bids for subscription of 6.75 times till 5:30 PM on 27-March-2008.

The issue has received total bids for 16087230 equity shares against the offer of 2383768 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 619260 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 10.3670 times with bids for 14734180 shares against the offer of 1421261 shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion has received bids for 655750 shares against the offer of 236877 shares resulting in a subscription of 2.7683 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion has received subscription of 0.9798 times with bids for 696240 equity shares against the offer of 710630 shares.

The Employee Reservation portion has received bids for 1060 shares against the offer of 15000 shares resulting in a subscription of 0.0707 times.

The IPO closed for subscription today - March 27, 2008.
