Gujarat Intrux Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Gujarat Intrux Ltd at their meeting held on 22nd June, 2020 PM has recommended final dividend @30% being an amount equivalent to Rs. 3/- per share on the equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2019-20, for the consideration and approval of Shareholder at ensuing Annual General Meeting.
