Disa India to issue Bonus Debentures

Disa India Ltd has announced that the Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 05, 2006, has proceeded to allot 1510205 Bonus Debentures of face value of Rs 90/- each by utilizing Rs 154,981,013/- (Including Dividend Distribution tax) standing to the credit of General Reserve Account of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, these Debentures are not proposed to be listed on any Stock Exchange.
