Cochin Shipyard Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 15 for FY20

The Board of directors of Cochin Shipyard Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 15.00 per share (i.e. @ 150% on the paid up equity share capital) for the financial year 2019-20 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.

Shares of Cochin Shipyard Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.292.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 297.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29093 in over 1694 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 304.85 and intraday low of 291.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8634778.
