Patels Airtemp India Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 2.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Patels Airtemp India Ltd at its meeting held on June 20, 2020, have recommended dividend of Rs. 2.50 per Share (i.e. 25%) on 50,70,240 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to approval by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
