PNC Infratech Limited reports fatal accident at one of its construction project

PNC Infratech Limited intimates occurrence of a fatal accident at one of its construction projects namely Four laning of Aligarh - Kanpur section of NH - 91 in the state of Uttar Pradesh under NHDP Phase-IV (Package II from Bhadwas to Kalyanpur) on 19.06.2020, late evening, due to accidental fall of prestressed concrete girders from top of piers of a viaduct (flyover) under construction at km 227.160, near Manikpur. The rescue measures at the location got underway in time.

Only 300 m length of highway is affected due to the above incident and work at the remaining 44.8 km length of project highway is continuing unaffected.

Shares of PNC Infratech Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.131.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 134.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16907 in over 1173 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 137.9 and intraday low of 130.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2267071.
