Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 6 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd at its meeting held on June 18, 2020, has recommended a final dividend @ Rs.6/- (60%) per equity share of Rs. 10/-each for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to declaration of the same by the Members at the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company; the dividend, if declared, will be paid within 15 days of its approval by the Shareholders to those Members entitled thereto.
