Sanwaria Agro to acquire solvent extraction plant in MP

Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd has announced that the Company is going to acquire another Solvent Extraction Plant of 400 MT per day capacity in M.P. which will enhance Company seed crushing capacity to 1400 MT per day. The acquisition will be financed by proceeds of GDR and internal accruals. This acquisition will further improve market share of the Company in edible Oil production of India.
