Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended a dividend of Re 0.50 per Equity Share (face value of Re 1 each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020, subject to deduction of tax at source.

The board has fixed, Friday, 18th September, 2020 as the Record date for determining entitlement of shareholders to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020. The Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing 36th AGM, will be paid on 1st October, 2020.

Shares of BHANSALI ENGINEERING POLYMERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.43.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 45.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 198204 in over 1192 trades.
