Kiran Vyapar Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.75 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Kiran Vyapar Ltd at its meeting held on June 15, 2020, has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.75/- (i.e. 7.50%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
