Shalby Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 0.50 for FY20

The board of directors of Shalby Ltd has recommended to the members a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share (i.e. 5%) of Rs. 10/- each. The final dividend amount will be paid after approval of shareholders in the ensuing 16th Annual General meeting of the Company.

Shares of Shalby Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 69.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12448 in over 445 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 73 and intraday low of 67.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 881383.
