West Leisure Resorts Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.10 for Fy20

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2020, has recommended payment of dividend at Rs. 0.10 paise per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2020 to its shareholders. The proposal is subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
