Satin Creditcare Network Limited board approves fund raising proposal of Rs. 5000 crore

The Board ofDirectors of Satin Creditcare Network Limited has, at its meeting held today, approved issue / offer / invite for subscription and allotment of secured / unsecured / subordinated / senior rated / unrated, listed / unlisted, perpetual or non-perpetual, redeemable (including marked linked debentures), Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") by way of private placement, in one or more tranches, from time to time, to any category of investors eligible to invest in the NCDs, aggregating upto Rs. 5,000 Crore (Rupees Five Thousand Crore only), subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Satin Creditcare Network Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.85.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 81.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 63180 in over 306 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 85.95 and intraday low of 83. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5424244.
