HDFC Bank Ltd board to announce Q1 FY2020-21 results on July 18, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of HDFC Bank Limited will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2020 to consider the standalone and consolidated financial results (unaudited) for the first quarter ending June 30, 2020.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will be closed from June 24, 2020 to July 20, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees, directors, etc.
