Tata Communications Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 4 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Tata Communications Limited has recommended a final dividend of 40% (Rs. 4.00 per share of the face value of Rs. 10 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020. This dividend, upon approval of the shareholders, shall be paid to eligible shareholders after conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
