IDFC Ltd board to consider Q4, FY20 results, fund raising on June 25, 2020

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of IDFC Limited will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Mumbai to discuss and approve, the audited annual financial statement (Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2020.

The board will consider raising funds through issue of non-convertible debt securities on private placement basis, if required, during financial year 2020-21, as a part of its normal borrowing programme.

The trading window will remain closed till Monday, June 29, 2020 (both days inclusive).

Shares of IDFC LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.18.19 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.78. The total number of shares traded during the day was 781213 in over 21836 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 18.6 and intraday low of 16.61. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14086543.
