Acrysil Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.2 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Acrysil Ltd has, at its meeting held today i.e. on Friday, June 12, 2020, has considered and recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.2/- (60%) per Equity Share of face value Rs.2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be dispatched / paid within 30 days of its declaration by the shareholders at the AGM.

Shares of ACRYSIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.73 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 74.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11280 in over 117 trades.
