Sonata Software Board to declare interim dividend

Sonata Software Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2006, inter alia, to consider, the audited results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2006 and declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
