Panama Petrochem Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.2 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Panama Petrochem Ltd at its meeting held on June 12, 2020, has recommended a dividend @ Rs 1.2/- per equity share of Rs. 2 each (60%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020. The dividend on Equity Shares shall be paid or warrants thereof will be dispatched within two weeks from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
