Manappuram Finance Ltd approves allotment of 2500 NCDs

The Financial Recourse and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Ltd held on June 12th 2020, approved the allotment of 2500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred) secured redeemable non-convertible debentures having the face value of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) each aggregating to Rs.250,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Crores only) on a Private Placement basis to be listed on the BSE Limited.

Shares of MANAPPURAM FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.145.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 142.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 684105 in over 6146 trades.
