TATA Metaliks Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50 for FY2019-20

The Board of directors of TATA Metaliks Ltd at its meeting held on June 10, 2020 has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.50 (25%) per equity share for financial year 2019-20 to the shareholders. The dividend will be paid within the stipulated day from the date of declaration at ensuing AGM. In view of COVID-19 situation, the Company is working on an AGM date. The book closure date for the purpose of payment of dividend and AGM date will be announced in due course.

Shares of TATA METALIKS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.498.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 499.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8181 in over 630 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 507.15 and intraday low of 478.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4009134.
