Bansal Roofing Products Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Bansal Roofing Products Ltd at its meeting held on June 10, 2020, has recommended a final dividend of Re.1 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to approval of members at the ensuring Annual General Meeting.
