Manappuram Finance Ltd approves issue of NCDs of Rs. 250 crores on June 10, 2020

The Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited held on June 10, 2020 approved the issuance of the Private Placement of Rated, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures upto Rs.250 Crores (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Crores Only).
