CARE Ratings Ltd updates on credit rating of Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd

The rating committee of the rating agency CARE Ratings has revised the long-term rating of Indiabulls Real Estate Limited to "CARE A".

In revising the rating, CARE cited challenges faced by the Indian real estate sector and the expected adverse fallout on the sector from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Shares of INDIABULLS REAL ESTATE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.49.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 46.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 209564 in over 1733 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 49.15 and intraday low of 47.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10230616.
