Titan Company Limited Board recommends dividend of Rs. 4 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Titan Company Limited at its meeting held on June 08, 2020, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 4.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 1 each of the Company which shall be paid / dispatched on or after the seventh day from the conclusion of the 36th Annual General meeting subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
