Themis Medicare Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1.75 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Themis Medicare Ltd at its meeting held on June 08, 2020, has recommended dividend for Financial Year ended March 31, 2020 of Rs. 1.75/- (Re One Paise Seventy five only) per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each, aggregating to Rs. 160.79 lacs. The payment is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
