The rating committee of the rating agency Brickwork Ratings, has reaffirmed the long-term rating of Indiabulls Real Estate Limited at "BWR AA-". Brickwork Ratings noted the following in reaffirming the ratings:

- The Company's strong liquidity position.
- Availability of OC received inventory and land bank.
- The Company's established track record of operations and experienced management team.

Shares of INDIABULLS REAL ESTATE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.46.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 45.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 128032 in over 1059 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 47.85 and intraday low of 44.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6015181.
