Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd (BRPL) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 23, 2006, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the 2nd Quarter (Q2) and Half Year ended September 30, 2006.
