CG-VAK Software and Exports Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.75 for FY20

The Board of Directors of CG-VAK Software and Exports Ltd at its meeting held today, the 05th June, 2020, has recommended a dividend of Rs.0.75/- per share of Rs.10/- each (7.5% on the face value of Rs.10 /- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
