Infibeam Avenues Ltd to acquire Cardpay Technologies Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Infibeam Avenues Ltd in its meeting held today considered and approved the acquisition of 100% Shareholding in Cardpay Technologies Private Limited. Consequently, Cardpay Technologies Private Limited will become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Infibeam Avenues Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.57.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 55.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40538 in over 342 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 57.35 and intraday low of 54.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2299695.
