Sumitomo Chemical India Ltd board declares dividend of Rs. 0.55

At the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Sumitomo Chemical India Ltd held today i.e. on Friday, 5th June, 2020, the Board of Directors has declared dividend for the F.Y. 2019-20 of Rs. 0.55 per equity share on 49,91,45,736 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each which is subject to the approval of the members in the Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Sumitomo Chemical India Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 274.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 268.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 27487 and the deliverable quantity was 14196.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 280 and intraday low of Rs. 271.40.
