PNB Gilts Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3 for FY2019-20

The Board of directors of PNB Gilts Ltd has also recommended final dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share i.e. 30% for the financial year 2019-20, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, which shall be paid / dispatch to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration subject to resumption of postal services.
