Indiabulls Ventures Ltd allots 2,69,09,089 shares

Indiabulls Ventures Limited has issued and allotted an aggregate of 2,69,09,089 (Two Crore Sixty Nine Lacs Nine Thousand Eighty Nine) fully paid up equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Company ('Equity Shares'), at a price of Rs. 550/- per Equity Share, (including a premium of Rs. 548 per Equity Share) upon conversion of equivalent number of CCDs to certain foreign investors, which were allotted to them pursuant to and in terms of shareholders' approval dated November 21, 2018.
