JK Agri Genetics Ltd board to consider Q4, FY20 results on June 11, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of JK Agri Genetics Ltd is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 11th June 2020, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2020.

The board will consider recommendation of Dividend on the Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the said financial year.

The Trading Window of the Company is already closed from 1st April 2020 and shall re-open on 14th June 2020.
