Greaves Cotton Board to consider first interim dividend

Greaves Cotton Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 19, 2006, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2006. At the same Meeting, the Directors will also consider declaration of First Interim Dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
