ASM Technologies Ltd Board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of ASM Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on June 02, 2020, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share, i.e. 25% on the par value of Rs. 10/- per share for the financial year 2019-20, the payment is subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual general Meeting.
