Vindhya Telelinks Ltd board reappoints Shri Y S Lodha as MD and CEO

The Board of Directors of Vindhya Telelinks Ltd at their Meeting held today i.e. 1st June, 2020 has recommended the re-appointment of Shri Y.S.Lodha (DIN:00052861) as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a further period of consecutive five (5) years with effect from 4th November, 2020 to 3,ct November, 2025, subject to approval of the Members by way of Special Resolution at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of VINDHYA TELELINKS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.612.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 583.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1132 in over 93 trades.
