Universal Cables Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 2 for FY2019-20

The Board of Directors of Universal Cables Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e. 1st June, 2020 has considered and recommended dividend of Rs. 2/- (Two) per share (i.e. 20%) on equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2020, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Seventy Fifth (75th) Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be paid within thirty (30) days from the date of the approval of the Shareholders.

Shares of UNIVERSAL CABLES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.102.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 99.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2694 in over 96 trades.
