Capital India Finance Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Capital India Finance Ltd at its meeting held on June 01, 2020, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.10/- (Ten Paisa only) per equity share i.e. 1 % (One percent) per equity share of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) each fully paid up, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, which shall be paid/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 (thirty) days of its declaration thereat, based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee of the Board.
