Future Retail Ltd allots 2000 NCDs

At the Meeting of Committee of Directors of Future Retail Ltd was held today i.e. 01st June, 2020 and the committee has considered, approved and allotted 2,000 Secured Rated Listed Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000/- each ("Series - II") aggregating to Rs. 200 crore on a private placement basis.

Further, these NCDs have been rated ACUITE A (Under Watch with Negative Implications) by Acuité Ratings & Research Limited.

Shares of Future Retail Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.84.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 80.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 354263 in over 1371 trades.
