Manappuram Finance Ltd allots 5000 NCDs on June 1, 2020

The Financial Recourse and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Ltd held on 01st June 2020, approved the allotment of 5000 (Five Thousand) secured redeemable non-convertible debentures having the face value of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) each aggregating to Rs.5,00,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Hundred Crores only) on a Private Placement basis to be listed on the BSE Limited.
