Seshasayee Paper and Boards Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Seshasayee Paper and Boards Ltd has recommended payment of Dividend of Rs. 3.50 plus a Diamond Jubilee Special Dividend of Rs. 0.50, totaling to a Dividend of Rs. 4.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each, for the financial year 2019-20.

The dividend, if approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 08, 2020, will be paid on or after August 10, 2020.
